Letter of Guarantee

To Whom It May Concern,

This letter serves as a formal Letter of Guarantee on behalf of Central Washington Salt Supply, PO Box 1916, Moses Lake, WA 98837.

Central Washington Salt Supply hereby guarantees the full and timely fulfillment of all financial and contractual obligations related to any goods, services, deliveries, or agreements entered into with your organization, including but not limited to payment terms, delivery commitments, and any other obligations arising under the applicable agreement(s).

In the event Central Washington Salt Supply fails to meet any such obligations, we acknowledge responsibility for ensuring that all outstanding obligations are satisfied in accordance with the agreed terms.

This Letter of Guarantee shall be effective beginning January 1, 2026, and shall remain in force until all obligations are fully satisfied, unless otherwise amended or terminated in writing where permitted.
